Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. Veevex is designed to work with compatible AC chargers you already own. We validate your specific charger model for compatibility as part of pilot setup.
Can I earn additional revenue from my charger?
That is the owner-side value Veevex is built to validate: turning idle AC charger time into additional revenue we're validating. During the pilot stage we test demand, pricing, usage records, and the operational flow before broader rollout.
Who pays for the electricity?
You set a session price meant to cover your electricity cost and leave a margin. Confirming this works in practice is a core pilot goal.
What if something goes wrong?
Pilots run on pre-validated, compatible chargers with controlled access and full session records. Liability terms are agreed per pilot before anything goes live.
How do I get paid?
Each completed session creates a record used to prepare your payout. We finalize payout mechanics with pilot partners.
Who decides who can charge?
You do. As the owner you set rules by person, time, group, and availability, and you can change or revoke access at any time. Veevex enforces the rules you define.
How do drivers find my charger?
Only the drivers you've granted access to can see and request your charger, and only during the availability windows you set. Your charger is never opened up publicly without your consent.
What happens during a session?
Once an authorized driver plugs in, the session starts automatically and is tracked end-to-end. You get a clear, auditable record of who charged, when, and for how long.
