Our Proposal, the R&D company developing Veevex, has been selected for GreenGrid PowerBoost audit support.
The support is connected to the private AC charger sharing system behind Veevex. Its role is preparatory: to document the technical and operational challenges that must be understood before controlled private AC charger sharing pilots can run.
Focus areas
- Communication and interoperability between compatible AC chargers, site systems and the Veevex access layer.
- Charging-session data needed for approvals, active sessions, owner visibility and driver records.
- Local load scenarios and digital modelling to understand site and grid impact before controlled pilots.
- Owner-controlled access rules, pricing, booking logic and payout assumptions.
Planned output
The planned output is a challenge description report. That report will identify the key hurdles the Veevex system should address before broader pilot work, including charger compatibility, controlled access, session records, pricing assumptions and operational responsibilities.
Scope discipline
This is audit support for preparation, not a pilot result. The scope remains preparation work and is kept separate from other R&D or pilot funding claims.
Veevex is not building a charger manufacturing business or positioning itself as a generic public charging operator. The product focus remains a peer-to-peer software network for compatible private AC chargers: charger owners control who can access their charger and when, while approved EV drivers discover nearby options, request access and follow active charging sessions.
The support strengthens the project's disciplined approach: map the challenge clearly, test assumptions in controlled pilots, and avoid claiming scale before the key operating risks are understood.
